3b standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of $5 for all orders. Standard delivery is free for any order above $188. All purchases will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.
Alternatively, after 48 hrs from payment is made you can self-collect your order at 11 Holland Link Mon-Sat 8 am-9 pm.
For any bulk (5 or more boxes) or urgent requests, please contact me before placing order for me to make the necessary arrangements. Do note that there will be an additional cost for express delivery.

Returns
All 3b products are handmade, there are might be slight variations in 3b boxes accessories. Returns and exchanges are not allowed. If there is any issues with your 3b box due to delivery or production deffects, please message me directly at (whatsapp icon) or email me at marina@threeb.sg within 24hrs after receiving the 3b box.
Wrong size 3b box delivered to you. Do ensure that the wrong size 3b box received is still in new and in original packaging. I reserve the rights to reject any 3b box back if it was unpacked or/and used.
